Addressing the concern and lack of understanding by medical practitioners surrounding the complex nature of cannabis pharmacology and interactions between plant medicine and pharmaceuticals will be discussed. Identify areas of concern regarding use of cannabinoids in conjunction with pharmaceutical medication, while exploring a balanced approach to symptom management including guidance to help mitigate adverse effects.

VP of Nursing with Holistic Caring and The Green Nurse. Sherri is a cannabis nurse, patient and advocate. With 30 years’ practical experience in various departments within the hospital and home setting, she educates on the endocannabinoid system and the safe utilization of cannabis to all populations.

Cathleen Graham RN, CHPN

Cathleen is a CHPNRN Regional Service Ops Manager. She is an internationally-respected speaker, educator, and leader in the field of end-of-life care and expert on medical cannabis. She is Americans for Safe Access Medical Professional of the Year 2019. Founder/CEO CS Health Stop LLC DBA Cannabis Nurse which provides cannabis education statewide to Hospice Care of Michigan.

Anne Berg PharmD

Dr. Anne Berg PharmD is a consultant pharmacist who transformed into a cannabis patient advocate. She received a Bachelor of Science from Upper Iowa University and earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University.
