Post-Traumatic Growth

PROGRAM: Rooted in Science; Nourished by Knowledge

What is Post-Traumatic Growth?

Post-Traumatic Growth Panel Session

The CDC reports, injury and trauma are the leading cause of death among people 1-44 years of age. Each year 214,000 people die from injury—1 person every 3 minutes.

These deaths are only the tip of the iceberg. Each year, millions of people are injured and survive. They are faced with life-long mental, physical, and financial challenges. Many people find the will to survive during and after trauma. Post-Traumatic Growth is the positive legacy of trauma leading patients to not only survive, but thrive.

Expert panelists/survivors/thrivers discuss endocannabinoid system health and the journey to reclaiming life balance after trauma. Learn how Post-Traumatic Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and other imbalanced mental health disturbances can benefit from cannabis and become catalysts for life expansion and growth.

*WARNING* This content section includes graphic and emotionally charging survivor stories related to physical, mental, and sexual trauma.
