Healing with a Tender Touch

Expert Panel Session | CNNC 2020

PANEL TOPIC:

Touch, cannabis, health and gentle care

Can the healing process be approached from a gentler perspective?

Researchers say that giving another person support through touch can reduce the stress of the person being comforted. It can even reduce the stress of the person doing the comforting. Furthermore, hugs may protect us against illness. Healing is a process.

Through the power of support with a tender touch, learn how cannabis can be incorporated to provide potential benefits as a gentle plant medicine in conjunction with more traditional healing practices.
