Aging can be stressful. In the battle against dementia, scientists have concluded that keeping our brains healthy as we get older requires cognitive activity AND physical activity. For older adults living with cognitive impairment, cannabis use can facilitate both!

Learn from experts who describe the current use of cannabis in dementia care, and recent, exciting scientific studies showing the efficacy of cannabis in the prevention and treatment of symptoms associated with brain disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.

Linda Jacobson

Writer/educator Linda Jacobson founded EldersTogether in 2009 to help transform the experience and perception of eldercare, and to promote non-pharmacological strategies for brain wellness.

Barbara Blaser, RN

BARBARA BLASER worked in the mental health field for over 30 years. She was the Director of the Illinois MISA Institute University of Chicago when she and her family moved to California in 2002. Barbara retired in 2013 from Clinical Director position in a local hospice. In 2015 she returned to work as Clinical Director at Magnolia Wellness.
